Why did you start streaming, how long have you been a streamer?
I started streaming September 26, 2020. I have been streaming for 8 months
Are you, are would you like to become a full time streamer?
I would like to become a full time streamer one day.
What challenges have you faced while streaming?
I don’t have all the right equipment I need to make my stream the highest quality it can be. Also my schedule at times, and trying to find my place in the streaming world.
What did you find surprising about streaming?
Im surprised at how much it has helped my confidence, im pretty shy and I dont talk much in real life so for me to stream and talk for hours has surprised me.
What strategies do you use to engage your audience?
I try to add cool new features to the stream to keep them interested. Im also very active in my discord server where I can bond more with my audience. I post a lot on social medias as well. I also play games with my audience offline when Im not streaming. I always no matter what say hi to each and every single person that comes into my stream and bye as well. At the end of all my streams I thank everyone who followed, subbed,raided etc.
Do you think your stream’s style will change soon for any reason?
I hope it changes, I would like to have a more professional streaming style once I can get the right equipment and cool personalized features that make my stream stand out.
Has streaming changed the way you view other streamers?
It has because I understand what they go through and what it takes to be a streamer.
Has streaming changed the way you interact with the streamer, when you’re an audience member?
I try to keep in mind vibes to see if maybe we could be compatible streaming friends
How would you rate yourself as a streamer (1-10)? Are you at the level you want to be?
I would say maybe a 5, I need to stream more consistently, make a schedule, add more emotes, personalized transition screens, and better equipment. I am definitely not at the level I want to be at yet but I cant wait to grow and reach those levels
What advice would you give a new streamer to grow to where you are now?
My advice would be to make friends, learn from other streamers you look up to and just keep at it. Keep trying if its something you really want to do. Research a lot to make your stream look the way you want it to. Cultivate the kind of community that you want from the very beginning. Don’t feel like you need to do a certain thing or play a certain game to grow just do what you want and take things from there. It won’t automatically come easy and blowing up overnight isn’t common so just be you and keep at it.
