Why did you start streaming, how long have you been a streamer?
I started streaming because my friends wanted to watch my league of legends gameplay! I think I’ve been streaming for about two years.
Are you, are would you like to become a full time streamer?
I am a full-time streamer and I really enjoy it 🙂
What challenges have you faced while streaming?
Unfortunately there are a lot of people that will go out of their way to harass you, or belittle you behind your back to other creators. Constant character assassination makes it difficult to enjoy the streaming sphere.
What did you find surprising about streaming?
How rewarding, but also how exhausting it can be.
What strategies do you use to engage your audience?
I have a discord, twitter and I try to respond to chat as much as possible! We discuss random topics and vote on games in the discord and it’s a great place to hangout off stream.
Do you think your stream’s style will change soon for any reason?
I play variety but I am dangerously close switching to a game full-time!!
Has streaming changed the way you view other streamers?
Yes, 100%
Has streaming changed the way you interact with the streamer, when you’re an audience member?
Yes and no. I have a lot more respect for streamers that I used to watch before I streamed.
How would you rate yourself as a streamer (1-10)? Are you at the level you want to be?
I’m not sure how to rate myself! But I’m not at the level I want to be yet.
What advice would you give a new streamer to grow to where you are now?
Consistency is really important and try your best to pay attention to chat!
